Update

Amazon has reported that services for existing media files should be returning to normal. Newly added media files however are still being affected.

Update

The Amazon S3 outage is beginning to impact other services across the web. You may begin see strange issues on your site, such as loss of layout and site images. These are, unfortunately, beyond the control of SNworks support, but we're continuing to monitor Amazon's progress.

We will update you as soon as Amazon provides us with more information.

Investigating

There appears to be an issue with S3, an Amazon service used to display media files. This is affecting all client sites as well as other sites on the internet. We're working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
