This appears to be an issue with connection routing in Midwest states and not an issue with OnCampus. We'll be opening a different ticket for this issue.

Update
The only option to improve site performance on our end is to disable OnCampus ads on your site until the issue is resolved. Please contact support@getsnworks.com if you would like that done.

Monitoring
We're currently looking into a possible issue with OnCampus Advertising connectivity. Sites using OnCampusWeb advertising may see degraded load performance due to factors beyond our control.
