Monitoring
We have replaced the failing database server with another one. All sites are stabilizing. More detail to come when we determine the cause of today's issues.

Update
Most sites have returned to normal, but one database server is affecting a small number of client sites still. We're working to put a workaround in place as fast as possible.

Update
We've activated more servers to compensate for the failing servers. Sites should be returning to normal shortly. We are still investigating the root cause of the outage.
